Free Directory Submissions are a manual human process of submitting a client web site to online business directories. To do 1000 submissions takes on average: 3 days for a professional. Once completed, a human editor reviews the submissions and decides if the listing will be created and entered in their directory. They cannot be automated by programs. This is because the submission forms all contain CAPTCHA boxes, that require a human to enter data along with the listing information - programs or scripts cannot "see" CAPTCHA boxes.

Once the submissions are completed, a great number of the directories will send out an email that contains a confirmation link request. • the incoming mail server address:  mail.yourdomain.com
• the POP3 user login:  promos -or- promos+yourdomain.com
• the password for this new email address

Choose the right or left order based on Confirmation Email Options in form to indicate if you wish to have the email confirmations handled by us, or if you wish to do them yourself. The work itself involves about 4 hours total, sorting through emails, over a 120 day period.

Submissions to free directories online allow for a keyword heavy Title. This is the text that is linked back to your site and the goal, and purpose of this service is to create these links back to your site with your keyword phrase in those links. The keywords you use in this title should be, exactly, of this form:

Note: If you are not sure which keyword phrase to use, do some research at Google Adwords Keyword Tool, or hire us to do that for you. Choosing the right keyword phrase is very important.
